Project Description: 

On a plot of 2800m², we have designed 7 residential units. The units consist of 3 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms and an open plan ground floor. The ground floor plan allows for a seamless movement between living and eating spaces as well as inside and outside with an integrated patio, there is also a guest bathroom and separate scullery. The design focuses on allowing natural light into the bedrooms through clerestories and sloped ceilings.
