This renovation began with an upgrade to the bathrooms, setting a refined tone for the entire home. The main bathroom now features a double vanity with beautiful gold accents from the sanitary fittings.

The client envisioned an open kitchen seamlessly integrated with the living area, transforming it into the social hub of the home. Adjustments to wall positions expanded the patio, creating a comfortable space for outdoor dining, while enclosing the entrance created room for a dedicated dining area.
