House Bond

The existing house consisted of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with secluded communal spaces. The client wanted to renovate this newly bought property to increase its value for future resale. We were tasked with the design of an additional generous master bedroom with it’s very own en-suite bathroom, a new inviting entrance foyer overlooking the front garden with ample natural lighting and ventilation, a connected kitchen and dining experience for social gatherings and a new stand-alone Garden Cottage with its own kitchen and lounge. We also created an action plan to modernise the exterior.
