This apartment home renovation started off with upgrading the bathrooms. The main bathroom now features a double vanity against a feature wall to bring a focus to the space. 

The client wanted an open kitchen that allows it to be part of the social area in the heart of the apartment. Adjustments to some wall positions create a more generous patio which can now host a table comfortably while enclosing the entrance wins space for the dining area.
